Carmine Testa has been active in the restaurant business for 36 years.
Started at 13 when his father bought a pizzeria in Perth Amboy N.J. Opened his first place at 20 years old. Pizza Villa in Iselin N.J. In 2000 opened Carmine’s Pizza Factory in Jersey City N.J., and Carmine’s Mobile Wood Fired Pizza in 2014, which specializes in corporate and private events.
Carmine is also the father of Michael and Nicholas Testa (The Jersey Boys). His boys are young amazing pizza acrobatics. They have made many National T.V. appearances and have been all over the country for private events. To name a few shows, Rachael Ray and Hell’s Kitchen
