Audrey Kelly is the owner and pizzaiola of Audrey Jane’s Pizza Garage in Boulder, CO. While living in Italy to pursue a journalism degree, she fell in love with pizza. Upon returning to San Francisco, she decided to change course and studied the art of pizza under Tony Gemignani at Tony’s Pizza Napoletana. After working with Tony, she moved back to her hometown of Boulder to open her own restaurant which quickly gained a local following.
Audrey Jane’s Pizza Garage has been featured on Diner’s, Drive-in’s and Dine’s on the Food Network twice as well as Food Paradise on the Travel Channel.
As a member of the World Pizza Champions she has competed at the Pizza Expo in Las Vegas and Atlantic City, as well as traveling to Italy to compete in multiple styles of pizza in both Naples and Parma. Kelly is also an Ambassador for Women in Pizza.
She regularly writes for Pizza Today and has been featured in articles on NPR and the New York Times. You can find interviews with her on podcasts such as Pizza Quest, Smart Pizza Marketing, Modernist Pizza and What’s Good Dough.
