I was 12 years old rolling dough in the kitchen of Antonios Pizzeria when I looked up at the clock in front of me, hopeful that one day I would own my own pizzeria…
Moved from Mt. Pocono PA, to Deerfield, FL with my family in 2001 at the age of 19.
In 2010, I opened my first pizzeria A Bronx Tale Pizzeria and Italian Cuisine. Sold it in 2015 to save our daughters life and moved to Colorado.
Opened doors to our first location in Old Colorado City in 2016. Business is thriving and we are meeting new customers every day. August 2022 was our 6th year anniversary. We opened our second location on the Eastside of Colorado Springs in November 2021 and celebrated our 1-year anniversary this past November.
My passion for serving food, making high quality NY Style pizza, building long term relationships with business partners and my customers, and putting smiles on faces is what I love but most importantly, thankful for the back-to-back blessings and the outpouring of love of our supporters supporting us and our mission for our daughter Sofia. We enjoy partnering locally and making a difference in our community in any way that we can.
