In 2007, I attended college for video and media production. Unsure about the direction of where I wanted to be in my life, I dropped out of school and joined the United Stated Air Force and served 4 years at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota as a Facilities Maintenance Technician.

After my 4-year service I was about to re-enlist, and my brother Michael who had just started a Neapolitan Pizza restaurant attached to our Gelateria, asked me to come home and help out the family business. So, I backed out of my re-enlistment and joined up with the family in 2013.

Fast-forward 6 year of continuously working to get better. I finally find myself to where I belong, as a Master Pizzaiolo Instructor and Gelato Artisan and making others happy. I still continue to grow and constantly try to find ways to improve our product.
