Michael
Androw
A Connecticut native, Michael had his hands in dough at a very early age. He is the grandson in the Campagna family, owners of New London’s famous “Downtown Bakery” for decades. He began as a pizza maker in 1986 and worked his way through every genre of the restaurant industry as an operator in casual dining, fine dining, bars & nightclubs, and then back to his roots in pizza.
In 2014 he introduced his “E&D Pizza Company” concept in Connecticut named after his sons Enzo & Dario. Explosive popularity, media awards, and national recognition led to rapid expansion and moving to a larger location only 18 months later.
Michael currently owns E&D Pizza Company and volunteers his time to various local organizations. His first and foremost focus is that of a husband and father. Further, he serves on the Board of Directors for his local Chamber of Commerce and also as a Town Commissioner for Economic Development.
As an industry voice and leader, he also serves as a contributing writer for various local and national publications including “Pizza Today” and “PMQ Pizza Magazine”
