In 2009 I finished college at Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in business management. Not knowing what to do for a career, my mother recommended that I train in pizza with Roberto Caporuscio, in New York City. It wasn't until March 2012, that we finally launched the pizzeria, Mercurio's.
In 2018, my sister, brother, and I decided to open up 2nd location to help grow our brand in both Gelato and Pizza. During this same time, we finished the process to begin franchising our business.
Every year we travel to and from shows to learn all that is possible in the Pizza business and also to compete. I usually compete in either the Gluten Free division or Neapolitan division. In 2019 I trained and studied with Enrico Fama' to secure my Master Pizzaiolo certification. I wish to use my knowledge and skills to help train and educate anyone who is interested in Pizza.
