Willy Olund was a WPC alumni. He passed away on July 13, 2019.

• Winner (2nd Place) 2010 Non-Traditional International Pizza Challenge with a Gluten Free Pizza in open competition

• Competed in 2010 Salsomaggiore, Italy Campionato Mondiale Della Pizza Winner (Best in America) in 2010 Lecce, Italy Trofeo 2 Mari

• Considered to be a Pioneer in the Gluten Free industry

• Gluten Free Consultant and training/judge

• Coordinator for 1st Gluten Free Competition at the International Pizza Challenge in 2013

• Influential in creation of the Gluten Free Division for the International Pizza Challenge

• Judge of World Pizza Game Finals at the International Pizza Challenge 2013-2015

• Judge of Gluten Free and Non-Traditional Divisions at the International Pizza Challenge 2014-2015

• Completed 12 TV segments for TV-13 Take Five on Gluten Free Foods
